At EG SPEAKS, our Special Education Advocacy Program provides personalized guidance and representation to help families navigate school systems and secure the supports their children need to thrive. We specialize in disability rights, special education services, and community advocacy, with a focus on creating inclusive solutions that honor each student’s unique needs.

Our Services Include:

• IEP and 504 Plan Support – preparation, meeting attendance, and follow-up to ensure services are implemented.

• Consultation and Coaching – one-on-one guidance for parents and caregivers on rights, processes, and strategies.

• School and District Advocacy – direct communication and collaboration with administrators and staff.

• Workshops and Trainings – building advocacy skills for families, students, and community members.

• Resource Navigation – connecting families with community supports, agencies, and services.

Fees and Accessibility
We believe that advocacy should be accessible to all families. Our consulting services are offered at a rate of $125/hour base rate and we offer a sliding scale fee structure, with rates based on household income and circumstances. Clients purchase service hours in advance, which can be used throughout their contract term. Refunds are available for any unused hours by June 30, 2025.

Through this structure, we ensure high-quality advocacy services remain available to families across our community, regardless of financial situation.
